Week 5

Well, not off to a very good start.  Lets see what I can blame?  OK, I can only blame myself and the fact I enjoy eating!  Read an article yesterday that suggested that I may need to limit my carbs to 25% or less of total calories for my Endomorph body style.  I'm going to give that a try.  It can't hurt...
