Not sure what I've done but I'm obviously sabotaged my progress since the scales are going the wrong direction. This week, I'm going to log every morsel that crosses my lips and have it evaluated by a professional. I've got to get this under control! Continuing to learn my new eating plan, and I'll be stepping up cardio and strength training, as much as my foot and shoulder will endure. Looking forward to what next week might bring.
