2026 - Let’s do it this time

It’s hard to believe it’s 2026 already.  As you probably already know, I’ve always struggled with my weight.  Growing up, I always wore “husky” pants and oversized shirts.  Fast forward, I let my weight creep up to 287 pounds and triple XL shirts. Seven or Eight years ago, I lost 72.8 pounds on one of the national programs. Unfortunately, I’ve let myself gain over half of that back. 

This year, I’m determined to lose at least half of the gain.  My goal is 26 pounds!  I plan to accomplish this by cleaner eating and increased exercise; I’ll probably add some gym time, at some point.
