Week 30 – Special
This week started out terrible.  My weight was up.  However, last night my trainer – Tim Taggert –
had me complete a series of one-rep maximums to re-set our benchmark.  He seemed to be very impressed.  
- Chest Press – 170
- Pec Deck – 125
- Rev Deck – 155
- Lat Pull down – 185
- Seated Row – 200
- Preacher Curl – 125
- Tricep Extend – 210
- Leg Curl – 200
- Leg extension – 200
- Leg press – 500
- Ab Machine – 210
