Week 31

Interesting, weight stayed the same even with an improved eating plan.  We’ll see how next week goes.

Week 30 – Special

This week started out terrible.  My weight was up.  However, last night my trainer – Tim Taggert – had me complete a series of one-rep maximums to re-set our benchmark.  He seemed to be very impressed.
