Week 8

Stayed steady with weight and cardio this week; added walking with a bit of running to see how my PF would respond.  No problems so far – keep your fingers crossed for me.  As I read more and more about intermediate fasting, I’m convinced that it shouldn’t be done 100% of the time.  Therefore, I’m switching to two (2) days a week with at least 18 hours of fast.  Then once a month I’m going to try a twenty-four (24) hour fast.

Week 7

Stayed “steady” with my cardio; had to be extra careful because of the “holiday weekend”.  This week I’m adding in more walking to see how my PF responds.

Week 6

I increased my cardio significantly with great results and no PF “issues”.  Now, I just have to keep at it!!

Week 5

Not too bad of a week considering I was out of town for half of it and had a birthday lunch yesterday.  This week/month, I will be increasing my cardio to at least one hour.  Once I reach that goal, I’m going to begin adding intervals.  My PF is nearly under control.  My goal there is to re-start couch to 5K the first of March.  Have a great week.
