Stayed steady with weight and cardio this week; added walking
with a bit of running to see how my PF would respond.
No problems so far – keep your fingers
crossed for me.
As I read more and more
about intermediate fasting, I’m convinced that it shouldn’t be done 100% of the
time.
Therefore, I’m switching to two
(2) days a week with at least 18 hours of fast.
Then once a month I’m going to try a twenty-four (24) hour fast.

Percent Intermediate Fasting last week: 57.12%
