Week 5

Not too bad of a week considering I was out of town for half of it and had a birthday lunch yesterday.  This week/month, I will be increasing my cardio to at least one hour.  Once I reach that goal, I’m going to begin adding intervals.  My PF is nearly under control.  My goal there is to re-start couch to 5K the first of March.  Have a great week.
