Wish I could get a handle on these weight swings. Two weeks ago I reported a 7 pound gain. Now, I report a 6 pound loss. While I hope it's not the case, I bet I'll be back up next week. What a roller coaster ride!
Continuing to learn my new eating plan, and I'll be stepping up cardio and strength training, as much as my foot and shoulder will endure. Looking forward to what next week might bring.
