It’s hard to believe it’s 2022 already. As you probably already know, I’ve always struggled with my weight. Growing up, I always wore “husky” pants and oversized shirts. Fast forward, I let my weight creep up to 287 pounds and triple XL shirts. Five or six years ago, I lost 72.8 pounds on one of the national programs. Unfortunately, I’ve let myself gain about half of that back.
This year, I’m determined to lose at least half of the gain. My goal is 26 pounds! I plan to accomplish this by cleaner eating and increased exercise; I’ll probably add some gym time, at some point.
