Week 4

An even worse week this week!  Not at all sure what is going on but I gained another pound this week.  We had company this weekend so I guess I ate worse that I thought.  I’ve resisted a ridged diet, until now; back on the “Slim-4-Life” plan.

Percent Intermediate Fasting: 57.12%

Week 3

Not a very good week.  Dutch Oven cooking event this weekend; I ate way too much and it’s always a bit salty.  I’ll be working hard this week to get flush my system and cut back on calories.  This week I will IF every day and eat Paleo three days this week.

Week 2

Week 2 could have been better, but I’m pleased; lost 6/10 of a pound.  I’m going to be more aggressive with tracking and logging food this week to see if I’m sabotaging my diet without even knowing it.

My goal this week is one (1) fasting day and two (2) Paleo days.  We will be attending a Dutch oven event this weekend, so I’ll need lots of willpower that I don’t have.  Wish me luck!

Week 1

Well, Week 0 went much like I expected.  I over ate for my last two holiday events, but still lost 4 pounds.  It was probably all salt and water weight, but I’ll take a loss anytime.  I was also successful with one (1) day of Paleo style eating. 

This week, my goal is to add a day of intermittent fasting to the mix; at least one day of Paleo eating and one day of intermittent fasting.  Wish me luck!!
