Week 2 could have been better, but I’m pleased; lost 6/10 of
a pound.I’m going to be more aggressive
with tracking and logging food this week to see if I’m sabotaging my diet
without even knowing it.
My goal this week is one (1) fasting day and two (2) Paleo
days.We will be attending a Dutch oven
event this weekend, so I’ll need lots of willpower that I don’t have.Wish me luck!
