Week 1

Well, Week 0 went much like I expected.  I over ate for my last two holiday events, but still lost 4 pounds.  It was probably all salt and water weight, but I’ll take a loss anytime.  I was also successful with one (1) day of Paleo style eating. 

This week, my goal is to add a day of intermittent fasting to the mix; at least one day of Paleo eating and one day of intermittent fasting.  Wish me luck!!
