Another frustrating week. If there is a silver lining, lots of folks I've talked to are having similar frustrations. As an example - On January 1st, the gym was packed; last night, I was the only person there. Thanks to my good friend, Chad Griffin, I have a new eating plan. He, and my Wife, think I'm eating too few calories. I'll continue stepping up cardio and strength training, as much as my foot and shoulder will endure. Looking forward to what next week might bring.
