2016 - Week 11

A "normal" person would probably have given up by now; I've never been called normal!!  I've already determined what I did wrong last week and I will fix it this week. 

Continuing to learn my new eating plan, and I'll continue stepping up cardio and strength training, as much as my foot and shoulder will endure.  Looking forward to what next week might bring.
