Apparently I did "fix" my error from week before last. This week I'm going to track my macros to see where I'm "derailing " myself.
Continuing to learn my new eating plan, and I'll continue stepping up cardio and strength training, as much as my foot and shoulder will endure. Looking forward to what next week might bring.
