2016 - Week 9

With a bit of reluctance, I report a substantial loss this week.  Continuing to learn my new eating plan (seems like a awful lot of food, but it's obviously working), and I'll continue stepping up cardio and strength training, as much as my foot and shoulder will endure.  Looking forward to what next week might bring.
