Week 30 – Special
This week started out terrible. My weight was up. However, last night my trainer – Tim Taggert –
had me complete a series of one-rep maximums to re-set our benchmark. He seemed to be very impressed.

Week 8
Stayed steady with weight and cardio this week; added walking
with a bit of running to see how my PF would respond. No problems so far – keep your fingers
crossed for me. As I read more and more
about intermediate fasting, I’m convinced that it shouldn’t be done 100% of the
time. Therefore, I’m switching to two
(2) days a week with at least 18 hours of fast.
Then once a month I’m going to try a twenty-four (24) hour fast.

Week 5
Not too bad of a week considering I was out of town for half
of it and had a birthday lunch yesterday.
This week/month, I will be increasing my cardio to at least one hour. Once I reach that goal, I’m going to begin
adding intervals. My PF is nearly under
control. My goal there is to re-start
couch to 5K the first of March. Have a
great week.

Week 4
An even worse week this week! Not at all sure what is going on but I gained
another pound this week. We had company
this weekend so I guess I ate worse that I thought. I’ve resisted a ridged diet, until now; back
on the “Slim-4-Life” plan.

Not a very good week.
Dutch Oven cooking event this weekend; I ate way too much and it’s
always a bit salty. I’ll be working hard
this week to get flush my system and cut back on calories. This week I will IF every day and eat Paleo three
days this week.

Week 2
Week 2 could have been better, but I’m pleased; lost 6/10 of
a pound. I’m going to be more aggressive
with tracking and logging food this week to see if I’m sabotaging my diet
without even knowing it.
My goal this week is one (1) fasting day and two (2) Paleo
days. We will be attending a Dutch oven
event this weekend, so I’ll need lots of willpower that I don’t have. Wish me luck!

Week 1
Well, Week 0 went much like I expected. I over ate for my last two holiday events,
but still lost 4 pounds. It was probably
all salt and water weight, but I’ll take a loss anytime. I was also successful with one (1) day of Paleo
style eating.
This week, my goal is to
add a day of intermittent fasting to the mix; at least one day of Paleo eating
and one day of intermittent fasting. Wish
me luck!!
